McDonalds in Norwich commissions Free Range People to extend Customer Feedback.


After four successful years of listening to customers with their text-message feedback system, two McDonalds' restaurants in Norwich have expanded the service to include web and email-based feedback from customers and staff.

Using branchadvisor.com, Free Range People's retail feedback system, staff and customers can now have their say knowing it will be instantly delivered to the people responsible within the branch, and to the franchise owner.

Using posters and small, pocket-sized feedback cards, local customers are encouraged to express any of their thoughts about the recent experience. This helps local staff maintain and improve service levels by delivering more praise, but also highlighting issues before other customers can be affected by them.

Whilst branchadvisor handles the automation of customer feedback, including the customer acknowledgement, the system also helps local staff send personalised messages back to the customer to 'close the loop' and demonstrate the value placed on the original customer feedback.
